# Accessibility statement

AI Syndicate Collective LLC wants everyone to be able to use aisyndicate.com and the AI Syndicate app, including people who use a screen reader, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology. ## The standard we build to

Our target is the [Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2](https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG22/) at Level AA. Meeting WCAG 2.2 AA also meets WCAG 2.1 AA, the level referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice’s ADA rule and by the European standard EN 301 549.

## Conformance status

**Partially conformant.** Most of the site meets WCAG 2.2 AA, and some content does not yet fully conform — the known gaps are listed below. This is a self-assessment; we have not yet had an independent third-party audit.

## What we do

- Every public page type is tested with the axe-core accessibility engine against WCAG 2.2 A and AA rules, and we fix what it finds before shipping.
- Accessibility lint rules run on every code change to the app, so missing text alternatives, broken ARIA and unlabelled controls fail the build.
- Text and interface colours are chosen to meet WCAG contrast minimums.
- Pages have a skip link, landmarks and a logical heading order, and interactive controls can be reached and used with a keyboard.
- We honour your device’s “reduce motion” setting, and every page has a **Pause animations** control in the footer.
- We do not use an accessibility overlay widget. Fixes are made in the site itself.

Stops moving and auto-updating content on every page, and remembers your choice on this device.

## Known limitations

- **Charts and data visualisations** in the signed-in app may not yet have a complete text alternative. If you need the underlying numbers, we will send them to you.
- **Downloadable reports and exports** (for example PDF and spreadsheet files) may not be fully tagged for screen readers. We can provide an accessible version on request.
- **Illustrative product demos** on our marketing pages are animated examples, not live data. The same information is given in the surrounding text.
- **Third-party services** we link to or embed — such as payment checkout and meeting scheduling — are run by other companies and follow their own accessibility practices. If one of them blocks you, contact us and we will complete the step with you another way.

## Feedback and help

If you have trouble using any part of aisyndicate.com or the AI Syndicate app, or you need information in a different format, email [support@aisyndicate.com](mailto:support@aisyndicate.com?subject=Accessibility) with “Accessibility” in the subject line. Please include the page address and a short description of the problem, and the assistive technology you use if you are comfortable sharing it.

We aim to reply within two business days. Every report is logged and reviewed, and we will tell you what we are doing about it. Until a problem is fixed, we will give you the information or complete the task with you another way — at no cost.

## Technical details

The site relies on HTML, CSS, WAI-ARIA and JavaScript, and is built to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge) and the assistive technologies that run on them. This statement was last reviewed on September 23, 2026 and is updated whenever the site is re-assessed.
