**Quick answer:** AI Syndicate has published four client results so far, all labelled client-reported. **Proper Restaurant** (Inlet Beach, FL) went from 5 to 175 tracked calls in 30 days. **Complete Home Painting** (Alabama) reports about 10 calls a month from ChatGPT. **Ryan J.** reports booking his first $10,000 after one week. An anonymised client reported a 312% rise in AI citations. None is an average.

### Proper Restaurant, Inlet Beach, FL

Proper went from 5 tracked calls to 175 in its first 30 days on our Local software, after fixing Google Business Profile gaps, name/address/phone conflicts on its own pages, and map-pack visibility. It is one restaurant, not an average or a guarantee. It was not independently audited, and it counts calls, not sales. Proper approved being named. [Full case study](/case-studies/proper-restaurant-inlet-beach/).

### Complete Home Painting, Alabama

Jacob B. of Complete Home Painting reports the first ChatGPT lead within 30 days and an average of about 10 new calls a month from ChatGPT. These are his own figures; we have not measured them. [Full case study](/case-studies/complete-home-painting/) and [his review](/reviews/).

### Ryan J.

Ryan J. reports booking his first $10,000 in business after one week, and higher organic traffic. His own figures, shared with permission; we have not measured them. [His review](/reviews/).

### Anonymised premium-service client

In the words of our [case studies page](/case-studies/): a "312% increase in AI citations reported by a premium-service client after a 90-day generative-engine optimization engagement." It was shared with us before we had formal tracking in place, so it was not captured against our own baseline. We list it because it is already public, and we label it for exactly what it is.

### Our own site

Not a client result, but measured by us: our homepage scored 100/100 on our own AI Access audit on July 6, 2026. [How we did it](/case-studies/aisyndicate-com/).

## What do the labels mean?

Every number on this page carries one of two labels:

- **Measured by us.** We captured the baseline and the re-check ourselves, with our own tools, and we give the date. The score on our own site is this kind.
- **Reported by the client.** The figure comes from the client (for example, their own call tracking) and they told us. We did not measure it ourselves. Where there is no baseline of ours, the label says "not measured by us".

We also say what each result is *not*: not an average, not a guarantee, and not independently audited unless we say it was.

## When does a new result get added?

Only when the client agrees to be named. That is the rule from here on. A result goes on this list when:

1. The client has approved being named.
2. We know who measured it, and we label it.
3. We say whether there is a baseline from before the work started and a defined time window. When there isn't, the label says so.

We won't publish invented numbers, anonymous "7-figure" claims, made-up screenshots or fake testimonials. The U.S. Federal Trade Commission's 2024 rule bans fake reviews and testimonials, including AI-generated ones. ([FTC](https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/news/press-releases/2024/08/federal-trade-commission-announces-final-rule-banning-fake-reviews-testimonials)) But the reason is simpler than the rule: a proof page with one false number is worth nothing.

Our client work also includes real estate teams and a law firm. Their results will appear here if and when they choose to be named.

## FAQ

### Why are there only a few client results?

Because we only publish results a client has agreed to put their name to, with a clear label. Most client work is confidential.

### Are these typical results?

No. Each is one client's reported result. Proper's starting point was low (5 calls), which makes the percentage large.

### Can I get a measured baseline for my own business?

Yes. The free AI visibility audit is the starting point; it records where you stand today so any later change can be measured against it.
