FAQ

Questions, answered.

Everything brands ask us before they start — what GEO and AEO are, how we work, which AI engines we track, and what it costs.

The basics

What is Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)?

GEO is the practice of structuring a brand's content, entities, schema, and proof so generative AI systems (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Google AI Overviews) can confidently extract, summarize, cite, and recommend it when buyers ask commercial questions.

What is Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)?

AEO is the discipline of being selected as the cited answer inside AI chat results — built on concise definitions, structured question/answer content, unambiguous claim language, and clean JSON-LD schema.

How is GEO different from SEO?

SEO earns visibility in ranked search results. GEO earns visibility inside the answer itself — the brand the AI recommends, cites, and summarizes when a buyer asks a question. The strongest strategies do both.

Compare GEO vs SEO

Who is AI Syndicate?

A U.S.-based AI search visibility company founded in 2026, serving brands in all 50 states. It runs on two tracks — a self-serve software platform (brands sign up at $99/month and use the dashboard to audit, monitor, and optimize AI-engine citations) and a full-service GEO/AEO agency (done-for-you content, schema engineering, local SEO, and competitive displacement). Both paths drive the same outcome: being cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, and Google AI Overviews.

About AI Syndicate

Who does AI Syndicate serve?

Premium B2B and B2C brands where perception, trust, and authority change deal outcomes — law firms, med spas, private equity firms, real estate brokerages and developers, B2B SaaS, and DTC / consumer brands (e-commerce, hospitality, wellness, and adjacent premium consumer categories).

Industries we serve

What makes AI Syndicate different?

Senior in-house strategy, real technical implementation (schema, entity graphs, semantic structure, conversion architecture), and a published methodology. We run an in-house AI engine (CAITE) that audits live access, generates llms.txt, and scores per-page AI-readiness — our work is auditable in public, not just described.

Working with us

How is this different from what my SEO agency already does?

Most SEO agencies optimize ranked links and never measure — or even see — what AI engines actually say about you. We track your citation share across 10 AI platforms, diagnose why you're missing from answers, ship the fixes, and re-prove the lift with data. It compounds with good SEO rather than replacing it, so you don't have to fire anyone to start.

Compare your options

How long does GEO take to show results?

First measurable lift on ChatGPT and Perplexity typically lands 4-8 weeks after launch. Compounding accelerates after week 12 as content is re-ingested into LLM training and retrieval indexes.

How much work is this for my team?

Less than you'd budget. Self-serve tiers walk your team through prioritized fixes step by step, and most ship through your existing site workflow — or through your AI coding agent via our API. On AI Command, we do the heavy lifting: your team's job is to approve content and PR before anything goes live.

Who is a bad fit for AI Syndicate?

Brands that need results in two weeks — real lift starts in weeks 4–8. Brands unwilling to fix what the audit finds or publish real proof. Categories where buyers never ask AI for recommendations. And on AI Command, we sign one client per territory — if a direct competitor already holds your market, we'll tell you and decline.

How does AI Syndicate measure results?

Citation share inside AI answer engines, AI Overview presence, traditional rankings on commercial queries, brand-mention frequency, and downstream pipeline (qualified discovery calls, opportunities, revenue).

What if an AI engine says something false about my brand?

It happens — engines hallucinate outdated pricing, wrong locations, discontinued products. Hallucination Watch monitors what every major engine actually says about you and flags inaccuracies, and we correct them the only way that sticks: publishing structured, authoritative truth where the engines read it. Then we re-run the prompts until the answer flips.

The platform

Which AI platforms does AI Syndicate track?

ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Meta AI, Grok, DeepSeek, and Mistral. Custom integrations available.

Can my AI coding agent apply the fixes?

Yes. Every fix your site needs is available over our API, served in the Model Context Protocol most AI coding agents already speak — so Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Copilot and others connect with one command and no plugin. The agent pulls the ranked list of fixes, gets the exact content for each one from your latest audit, writes the changes in your own repo, opens a pull request for you to review, and then asks us to re-check the live page to prove the fix landed. There is also a plain REST version for custom pipelines. If you'd rather not connect anything, every fix still copies as a paste-ready prompt for any AI coding tool, or as instructions a person can follow by hand.

Pricing

How much does GEO cost?

AI Syndicate has three self-serve plans that are the identical complete platform — AI Pulse at $99/month, AI Pro at $299/month and AI Max at $999/month. They differ only in tokens per month and in how many seats and markets you can run. AI Managed ($3,000–$8,500/month) is the same platform with a dedicated account manager. Done-for-you enterprise AI Command engagements start at $25,000 — that's the only tier where AI Syndicate builds and runs it for you.
