Connecticut: who AI recommends

When someone in Connecticut asks an AI assistant who to hire, it answers with names. Every month we ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and 8 more AI assistants the questions real customers ask, and publish who they name — city by city, category by category.

How the Connecticut rankings work

  1. 1We askThe same questions real customers ask — “Who's the best plumber in Tampa?” — go to 12 AI assistants, including ChatGPT, Google's AI, Claude and Gemini.
  2. 2They answerEach assistant names the businesses it recommends. We record every answer and check each name is a real business.
  3. 3We rankThe more assistants that name a business, and the more often, the higher it ranks. It updates every month, and nobody can pay to be on it.
Rankings summarize what the AI assistants answered on a fixed, unbranded question set — they are measurements of AI output, not AI Syndicate's endorsement of any business. Placement cannot be bought. Full detail in the methodology.
